We offer two layers of in-duct air purification: a UV-light Air Scrubber that actively sanitizes the air and surfaces inside your HVAC system, and a non-UV polarized-media purifier for homes that prefer a light-free option. Both run quietly inside the air handler and treat every cubic foot of air on every cycle.

UV Option — The Air Scrubber
The Air Scrubber mounts inside the air handler and uses UV light combined with a proprietary catalytic matrix to actively sanitize air and surfaces throughout your home — not just inside the duct. It's our most-installed IAQ upgrade and a great fit for households with allergies, pets, smoke concerns, or anyone who wants noticeably cleaner air on every cycle.
Non-UV Option
If you'd rather avoid UV light, we install a polarized-media air purifier instead — a high-efficiency electronic filter that captures ultra-fine particles, smoke, and allergens without a bulb. Quiet, maintenance-light, and effective.
Pairs Perfectly With Duct Cleaning
We frequently install air purification right after a whole-home duct cleaning — the system stays cleaner, longer, and you'll notice a real difference in air quality within the first week.

Is the Air Scrubber safe for my family?+
Yes — the unit is sealed inside the air handler. You never see it or come into contact with the light. It only treats the air and surfaces inside the equipment and the air leaving your registers.
How long do the bulbs last?+
Air Scrubber bulbs last roughly two years of continuous use before they lose effectiveness. We swap them on that schedule as part of our maintenance plan.
What if I don't want UV light in my system?+
No problem — we install a non-UV polarized-media purifier as an alternative. It's a high-efficiency electronic filter that captures fine particles, smoke, and allergens without any bulb.
